Geocache Land Ltd recommends that you print out and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site and any other site owned by Geocache Land Ltd. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Geocache Land Ltd trade under the names "Geocache Land", "craftgenix", "Geocoins R Us" and "GeocoinsRus". 

This site is owned and operated by Geocache Land Ltd ('Geocache Land Ltd', 'Geocache Land', 'craftgenix', 'we', 'us' or 'our'). These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Geocache Land. Geocache Land must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Geocache Land will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide via your chosen payment method. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Geocache Land’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Geocache Land is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Scottish law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site. These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Geocache Land website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

All communications between You and Geocache Land should be made in English. Although Geocache Land will endeavour to communicate in languages other than English no responsibility will be placed on Geocache Land or by Geocache Land for errors, delays or additional costs incurred by communications made in any other language.

Translation services offered on this website are completed by a third party, Google. Geocache Land accept no responsibility for any errors made by this service.

We reserve all rights in Our IPRs. Except as set out in these terms, nothing in these terms grants you a right or license to use any of Our IPRs.

Availability of Goods You Order
If Geocache Land has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will at our discretion replace the item with another similar item of equal or higher value or issue a refund. We will notify you as soon as possible of a refund and any the relevant sum debited by Geocache Land from your credit card will be re-credited to your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Geocache Land will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Pre-order items: The terms 'pre-order' or 'pre-sale' are used to describe any item not yet in stock but may be ordered in advance. We endeavour to meet the listing description and any estimated delivery date to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee that the product will be exactly as described or shipped on any date given. Any order including a pre-order item will not be shipped until the full order is available. Geocache Land are not responsible for any delay caused in production or delivery to you.

Geocche Land are no longer registered for VAT. No VAT is added to any item.

Payment by bank transfer

If you wish to pay via a bank transfer please select this option when placing your order. We can accept payments GBP (£), Euro(€) and USD($). USD payments are accepted from within the USA only. If you wish to pay by USD from outside the USA please email us with your order number. Please note that there is a $10 fee for paying with USD from outside the USA. 

Postal Charges

Our postal charges cover the cost of shipping, packaging and a handling fee. Postal charges are made on a per order basis. If two or more orders are made close together we may combine these orders into one package, if this occurs no refund on postal charges will be made. The only exceptions to this will be made if you contact us in advance of your order being processed and specifically request a combined shipping total. 

International Orders
We supply all over the world, excluding those that have trade embargoes under UN laws.

It is EU law that all EU residents provide a valid telephone number (home, work or mobile) for all orders from the UK. If your package is returned because you have not provided a valid phone number Geocache Land Ltd are not required to provide you with any refund.


At Geocache Land we understand that the internet has many security issues which have been highlighted in the media, especially regarding credit card transactions. For your security & protection our system uses SagePay and Klarna as payment gateways.
When you enter your details to the secure gateway they are only used for the purpose of processing your order, we never pass them on to third parties. We do not receive any of your bank or card details, the only information we receive is conformation of payment and your contact details that you have supplied to the gateway provider (address, phone number and email).

Telephone Calls

Telephone calls to or from Geocache Land may be recorded for security and training purposes.

What happens if something is missing?

If you have received your order and something is missing, we sincerely apologise and will prioritise the correction immediately. Where possible we offer immediate fulfillment and will send the missing items to you. If this is not possible, or you ask for a refund, we will refund that part of your order.

What happens if something is the wrong item?

We’re sorry if you have received items that are different from your order. To ensure that we can rectify the matter, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

As under the "Availability of Goods you Order" section, if an item is out of stock we may have replaced the item with another of equal or greater value. 

Where a mistake has been made and you have received an item of a lower value, we will offer to send a replacement on return of the lower value item, or offer a refund on the difference in value. If the item is returned, we will also cover your postage costs.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded within 7 days

For debit card payments you will be refunded within 7 days

For PayPal payments you will be refunded within 48 hours

Where you have received an item of a higher value in error, we will ask you to either return the item for replacement or you may choose to keep the higher value item. If the item is returned, we will also cover your postage costs.
Please note; as per our "Sales" policy [see below], all items sold during a sale or as a sale item are excluded from our returns policy. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, packages can get damaged in the post and on very rare occasions items can go missing. For this reason, we strongly recommend all customers use an insured postage service.

If you choose an uninsured postal service you do so at your own risk. Geocache Land cannot and will not accept any liability once the item(s) have been posted. No compensation or refund will be made for missing/ damaged items that are posted without insurance. Insured postal services are: "Signed For", "Special Delivery", "International Tracked", "International Tracked and Signed" and all DPD services. All other postal services are uninsured. By selecting an uninsured service you accept that you alone and not Geocache Land are responsible for undelivered items.

For insured postal services:

When receiving your package please check carefully for any damage to the package. If it looks like any item may be missing refuse to sign and do not take the package. If there is damage to the packaging but it looks like nothing will be missing, accept the package and please photograph the damage (including address label and postage stamp) before opening. If on opening items are found to be missing or damaged please photograph the contents as found in the package showing the damage. Geocache Land Ltd must receive copies of these photographs before considering any refund/ replacement.

We never reseal packages before sending them. If your package has been resealed you must refuse to accept it and do not sign for it (unless marked as opened by official customs/ duty agencies).

Items sent by Tracked only service are insured while in transit only. Once the item is marked as delivered Geocache Land have no further responsibility to the customer, except in the case of evidenced damage while in transit.

Items sent Tracked and Signed are insured until the customer signs for the package. Once the item is signed for Geocache Land have no further responsibility to the customer, except in the case of evidenced damage while in transit.

In all cases please contact Geocache Land as soon as possible so we can deal with the problem.

Geocache Land are not responsible for any item that is returned as "uncollected", "addressee gone away", "address incomplete", "address inaccessible", "addressee unknown", "refused", "not called for" or "no such address". Any item received back due to any of these reasons will be checked and if all items are in the same condition they left Geocache Land a refund will be made. This refund does not include any shipping fees and may have deductions made to cover the additional costs. Geocache Land will contact the customer upon the return of any item and may, at Geocache Land's discretion, offer to reship the items if the customer agrees to cover these costs.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

We take every care to ensure that your order is shipped and received as per your request. We only ship to the address given by you on our website or to your registered address on PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Geocache Land Ltd are not responsible at all if you give an incorrect address.

We also take great care to ensure that our delivery provider meets our high level of expectations. However, on very rare occasions items can be delayed or lost in transit. We understand that this can be frustrating, therefore when your item is delayed due to an issue that we are experiencing, we aim to contact you within 3 working days. What happens if I am not satisfied? 

We take great care to ensure that your items reach you in excellent condition. We also pride ourselves on creating high quality service. A refund or replacement item is always offered whenever possible. If you feel like we have fallen short of our promises, we ask that you contact us on complaints@geocacheland and we shall investigate immediately

What are my statutory rights?

Competitions / Promotions
We occasionally run competitions and promotions on this site and on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages or via our newsletters. The following rules apply to all competitions and promotions in addition to all other terms and condition:

There will be no cash alternative for any prize.

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age when entering the competition / promotion.

All winners must provide full name, address, telephone number and email address upon request. Geocache Land may also ask for proof of age. This information will only be used for the individual competition / promotion but may also be used in line with our Privacy Policy.

Geocache Land reserve the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value due to unforeseen circumstances.

Geocache Land's decision is final in all competitions / promotions.

Geocache Land reserve the right to refuse / reject any entry to a competition / promotion without giving a reason.

All prizes must be claimed within 2 months of the competition/ promotions closing date. Unclaimed prizes will not be re-allocated.

Any item offered as free must be claimed at the same time as the order.

Minimum spend amounts may apply to all free offers.

Maximum of one free item per order. Any order containing more than one free item will be seen as being in breach of these terms and conditions, and as such we reserve the right to withhold any or all free items from the order.

If an order or part order is returned for any reason the free item must also be returned at the same time. Failure to return the free item will be in brech of this contract and we reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement due to such a breach.

3for2 and 2for1 offers are mix and match offers. This means that several products may be included in the offer and the cheapest item from all products in the offer will be free. If an order is returned all items, including the free items must be returned for a refund/ replacement. If an order is returned without all items no refund will be made. 


The term "sale" refers to any item sold at a reduced or lower price than it has been previously sold for. All items in any sale will have been sold at a higher price for at least 14 days in the last 365 days. 

All items sold in any sale on this website are excluded from our returns policy. All sales are final and items cannot be returned.

Changes to This Agreement

Geocache Land reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining condition.
